Elizabeth Kepper Brown was born in New Orleans, Louisiana and received her Master Degree in Studio Art from New York University and a Bachelor Degree in Fine Art from Rhodes College.  She has also studied architecture and fine arts at The Pratt Institute and Parsons School of Design.  

Most of her artwork is inspired by nature, animals and travel.
